The journey of Welsh dragon rings began as a way to give my family special gifts for Christmas they could keep instead of something off the shelf.
Having studied Product Design at Bangor University several years ago, I had an idea about the processes involved etc and set out to make the individual Welsh jewellery I wanted to create.
The first Welsh Dragon ring I made was supposed to be for my Taid (Grandfather) but unfortunately earlier this year in August 2015 he sadly passed away... and I was unable to ever give him the ring in time.
I will always now carry it with me to remind me of him, and will continue making them in his honour.
He was one of the greatest men I could have ever wished to have known and a legend to all who knew him.
